1Mine was established in mid-2004, in Miami, Florida. It is a family owned and operated organization, which was conceived as a unique Data Base compensation plan for the Multi-Level Marketing industry. Presently, it has a patent-pending at the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Washington, D.C., No. 10/818,260. We named it PRMLM (Periodic Repositioning of Multi Leverage Marketing system).

Our mission is to revolutionize the Multi-Level Marketing system, once and for all, and to implement this change to counter the MLM industry’s negative image. Our objective is to transform existing MLM independent contractors from Affiliate "Recruiters" to Affiliate Participants. Our target market is made up of entrepreneurs who believe that there is a better way to be compensated. Our mission is to create an affordable monthly reoccurring purchase of low value purchases in order to maximize the overall compensation percentage allocated to affiliates. We sell 4 types of Coffee: Bronze Coffee, Silver Coffee, Gold Coffee and Platinum Coffee. We set 4 levels of participation: Bronze Silver Gold and Platinum . Each level has its own monthly reoccurring purchase price and its own compensation level that is dispersed to affiliates. A unique compensation percentage is calculated weekly and paid monthly to produce continually appreciating compensation since the PRMLM compensation plan treats everyone equally. Our overall goal is to create an organization that works together and transforms the present MLM concept from “My Down Line” to “Our Leveraging organization”

The PRMLM system program encourages new participants to become affiliates and join the program/system marketing venture. They are attracted strictly on the merits and benefits of being part of this system, knowing that, within a given period: 7, 30, 60, 90, 180 days, the program/system constantly repositions the affiliate positions. It re-assigns them to new positions in the structure’s hierarchy, which periodically causes the structure to fluctuate and stimulate overall growth in the long run.

The PRMLM system program will, through several repositioning cycles, attract many “burned-out” MLM “dropouts” and retain the existing affiliates. Therefore, it will reduce hierarchy attrition by advancing them into a position that they would never have achieved in a traditional MLM.
